Well established Lifting solutions organisation operating successfully in Australian market, with clients of varying size and demands. We manufacture and maintain material handling equipment with emphasis on overhead travelling cranes.

The business is experiencing rapid growth in the market and as a result services of a dedicated project Co Ordinator is needed

As the project Co Ordinator you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Daily co-ordination, dispatch and monitoring of inbound and outbound service calls
  • Liaising with customers regarding project updates, new crane invoice enquiries, scheduling installation times, parts enquire
  • Liaising with customers and technicians regarding project status progress and updates
  • Ordering material for new cranes
  • Work closely with the other team functions regarding parts ordering, warranty support and equipment sales and installations
  • General office admin tasks
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting

The Successful Applicant

Critically, the successful applicant will have engineering background and experience operating within demanding and fast paced workplace

Highly desirable – working knowledge

The following skill set will be required to succeed in the above position:

Excellent communication and telephone skills,

Good mechanical aptitude,

Enthusiastic, personable and customer focused,

Ability to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers and staff to achieve pre-set objectives.
