A well-established national organisation is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join its busy Service Operations Team in Smithfield. This full-time, office-based role provides long-term stability, strong internal support, and genuine career progression within a high-performing service environment.


About the Role

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day service activities across multiple regions.

This role suits someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central link between customers, technicians, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule technicians and maintain a rolling two-week service calendar
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Monitor job progress, resolve delays, and support timely job closure
  • Maintain accurate job records in SAP, Aroflo or similar systems
  • Process customer orders and manage the regional service inbox
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Contribute to safety, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You're organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a service-driven environment. You enjoy keeping things moving and ensuring customers receive fast, accurate support.

To succeed, you will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in customer service, administration or call centre roles
  • Confidence handling high-volume enquiries
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using ERP/CRM systems (SAP or Aroflo ideal but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy operations environment

Highly regarded:

  • Experience in service coordination, field service admin, manufacturing, trades or technical environments
