- English Fluency: Fully fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Sales & Marketing Experience: Some background in sales and marketing is preferred.
- Customer Communication: Able to communicate professionally with customers in all settings—face-to-face, via phone, email, and text.
- Computer & IT Skills: Possess basic computer literacy and general IT competence.
- Professional Demeanor: Polite, calm-headed, and composed, especially in customer-facing situations.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Punctuality: Must be punctual and adhere to office hours.
- Phone Communication: Comfortable and professional when speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales & Quoting: General experience with sales processes and preparing quotes is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
