Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and working with one of Australia's largest and best known Performance and servicing workshops? The Horsepower Factory is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing sales team.

What you'll do:

  • Greet and assist customers with service bookings and enquiries
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Provide accurate advice on maintenance, repairs, and costs
  • Liaise with technicians to deliver timely updates to customers
  • Build strong relationships that reflect the horsepower Factory brand

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, customer-first approach with attention to detail
  • Current driver's licence

Specialising in late model performance vehicles including Jeep Chrysler Chev Holden, Ford, Subaru, Mitsubishi and many European performance vehicles, HPF are a one stop shop for any servicing or performance upgrades.
