This is a rare opportunity to join an international furniture company as an outstanding admin officer. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday.

Merlino is a unique furniture distributor selling direct containers of quality furniture to the retail/contract sector. We are a rapidly expanding global brand that inspires creativity, innovation and attracts dynamic, forward-thinking people. We have manufacturing in Italy and China with an international network of customers. We are a passionate, family-run business and exclusive dealers for some of the most desirable brands in furniture.

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual to manage the client administration functions of our business with an opportunity for internal sales.

To be successful:

  • Strong admin & organisational skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems

  • Excellent personal presentation

Duties will include:

  • Invoicing and preparation of documentation in a timely manner
  • Creating quotations for both retail and commercial project clients
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Managing multiple orders and tracking progress
  • Update order schedules
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers by email and telephone
