**Description**:
The iconic Tarooki Campsite, located in Robe, is a ministry of the Uniting Church in Australia and aims to provide exceptional Christian hospitality to church and school groups, community organisations and wedding guests.

An opportunity exists for a casual Customer Service Officer to assist in the provision of hospitality services and day-to-day operations.

The Customer Service Officer is an integral part of the Tarooki team and has an emphasis on meeting and greeting guests to assist Uniting Venues SA to provide exceptional Christian hospitality.

Reporting to the Manager, Tarooki Campsite, the Customer Service Officers’ key tasks include:

- Ensure accommodation, bathrooms and meeting rooms are clean and presentable prior to being occupied
- Meet, greet and provide a welcome brief to guests and groups upon arrival
- Resolve (and / or escalate) any difficulties or problems that guests and group may encounter
- Provide after-hours emergency contact as rostered.

Ideally the successful applicant will have had experience in a similar position. In addition, the successful applicant will have:

- Ability to take direction and work unsupervised
- Able to work productively and positively in a small team environment
- Ability and willingness to be flexible and customer focused.

Experience within the camping and conference centre industry will be highly regarded. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are necessary in this role, as is a willingness to support the ethos of the Uniting Church.
