About The Role
Leading and supporting clinical quality improvement initiatives across Clinical Operations sites and services, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centered care. Working collaboratively with clinical teams to identify areas for improvement, implement evidence-based strategies, and monitor outcomes.
Providing leadership which positively influences clinical practice changes in relation to the provision of high quality health care through the development, implementation and evaluation of robust and standardised processes including data review, analysis and monitoring.
Fostering and developing a culture of continuous quality improvement and innovative practice across all Clinical Operations sites and services to deliver high level outcomes and compliance against the National Safety and Quality Service (NSQHS) Standards.
