Who We're Looking For

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse – Bachelor of Nursing required
  • Experienced in team leadership, operations, and service delivery
  • Adept at juggling multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in handling complaints, feedback, and internal challenges
  • Comfortable using systems like Google Suite, ShiftCare, and BrightHR
  • Driver's licence required – travel (including interstate) is part of the role
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the agility to adapt and improve processes
  • A positive, proactive attitude that thrives in a dynamic team setting

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Clinical Manager and Director in overseeing clinical and personal care services
  • Step in clinically as an RN when needed, ensuring continuity of care
  • Identify areas for service improvement and assist in implementing solutions
  • Help review and update policies and procedures to align with best practices
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
  • Help manage feedback, complaints, and risk under senior guidance
  • Support WHS compliance, incident reporting, and risk identification
  • Maintain oversight of clinical equipment and ensure appropriate use
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and care excellence
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and external providers
  • Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality, AHPRA regulations, and Aged Care Quality Standards
