Canopy Clinical is expanding—and we're looking for a trailblazer to help lead the way. Our Miranda site is launching its first oncology trials, and we are looking for a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator who is ready to help shape this growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead the coordination of oncology trials, a growth area for Canopy.
  • Support the Site Director, Principal Investigators, and Head of Operations in building compliant, scalable processes for oncology research.
  • Coordinate non-oncology trials to round out your portfolio.
  • Help drive operational excellence across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as project manager for assigned trials
  • Review relevant operational procedures and training materials
  • Oversee day-to-day trial operations including recruitment, screening, consent, and follow-up of participants
  • Ensure all trial activities are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP, protocol, and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with sponsors, CROs, ethics committees, and internal stakeholders to maintain trial integrity and compliance
  • Prepare and maintain essential documents including source data, case report forms, and trial master files
  • Manage site initiation, monitoring visits, and close-out activities
  • Coordinate safety reporting, adverse event documentation, and escalation procedures
  • Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in developing SOPs and workflows specific to oncology trials
  • Contribute to feasibility assessments and site readiness for new studies
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and resource planning in collaboration with the Site Director

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience coordinating oncology clinical trials
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
