Responsibilities
  • Speaking with warm, inbound leads over the phone (no cold calling)
  • Setting Appointments for Design Consultants to visit a customers residence
  • Using education and understanding of the customers needs to achieve the desired result
  • Providing top-tier customer relations throughout the entire pre-appointment process
  • Updating and maintaining CRM systems with 100% accuracy
  • Delivering an elite level of customer service and professionalism
  • Managing your own KPI's and initiative.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus, but coachability, drive and provable experience are non-negotiable
