**Key Responsibilities of the role**
- **Make outbound calls to target up-sell/cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base.**:

- **Manage, negotiate and convert outbound calls in to leads/sales opportunities.**:

- **Provide engaging and articulate information about CoreLogic value proposition to potential customers.**:

- **Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate notes and activities in the CLICK CRM system**

**Job Qualifications**:
**Key Requirements**

**To be successful in this role the key competencies required include**:

- **Understanding of SME customer lifecycles and touchpoints**:

- **Ability to manage difficult customers and work unsupervised**:

- **Ability to work with tight deadlines and with flexibility**:

- **Great organisational and time management skills with flexibility to reprioritise as necessary**:

- **High level of negotiation skills**

**Desirable**:

- **Experience as an appointment setter or lead generator is preferred**

**Experience and Education Required**
- **2 + years’ experience in customer care/account management environment**:

- **Experience in a Sales role in desirable but not essential**
