**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities of the role
- Make outbound calls to target up-sell/cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Manage, negotiate and convert outbound calls in to leads/sales opportunities.
- Provide engaging and articulate information about CoreLogic value proposition to potential customers.
- Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate notes and activities in the CLICK CRM system

Job Qualifications:
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role the key competencies required include:

- Understanding of SME customer lifecycles and touchpoints
- Ability to manage difficult customers and work unsupervised
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and with flexibility
- Great organisational and time management skills with flexibility to reprioritise as necessary
- High level of negotiation skills

Desirable:

- Experience as an appointment setter or lead generator is preferred

Experience and Education Required
- 2 + years’ experience in customer care/account management environment
- Experience in a Sales role in desirable but not essential
