We work as a dynamic, commercially focused events team focussed on delivering the best possible event experience for fans and participants, whilst bringing a vibrancy and economic benefit to Adelaide and South Australia.

**About the Business - South Australian Motor Sport Board**

The South Australian Motor Sport Board (SAMSB) is responsible for the management, development and delivery of major motorsport events to promote South Australia.

**Role Highlights**
- Project lead and own the ticketing & membership function in the marketing team.
- Be part of Supercars Fan Choice Award event 3 years in a row.
- Work on one of Adelaide's iconic sporting events.

**Role Details**

This role is to lead all ticketing functions, driving strategic pricing, business solutions, and continuous improvements to ticketing operations. As the lead project manager with the appointed ticketing agency, this role oversees and optimizes event builds, ticketing structures, reporting, reconciliation, and sales control. Additionally, they own the retention and growth of the Podium Club membership, managing the database, activations, EDM communications, and the development of engaging in-event experiences.

**Special Conditions**
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Applicants will be required to work extended hours leading into and during major events.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.

**Salary Range**

$76,561 - $80,256 p.a.
