Solar & Battery Sales Specialist – $250K+ Earning Potential | Flexible Role

Steadfast Solar is expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced Solar & Battery Specialist who knows how to close with confidence, deliver genuine value, and consistently convert opportunities into high-quality outcomes.

Whether you prefer working remotely, face-to-face, or a mix of both — we're set up to support the right performer in a way that suits their strengths.

  • Full support from our in-house operations and installation teams

  • Flexible structure: ABN contractor or employee model available

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conducting sales consultations with residential customers across SA
  • Presenting tailored solar and battery solutions
  • Managing your own sales pipeline and follow-ups
  • Working closely with our admin and install teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Option to contribute to team growth and take on leadership over time
What We're Looking For
  • A proven background in solar or high-ticket sales
  • Confidence in guiding homeowners through their solar journey
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to work independently while meeting KPIs
  • Comfortable using basic CRM tools to track and manage leads
  • Based in South Australia or available for remote work with flexible hours
