About Us

As a Tasmanian owned and operated company providing quality, logistics solutions, we have been proudly serving the Tasmanian community for more than 10 years, offering local, reliable and efficient services. We offer all aspects of inventory management including warehousing, 3PL, Pick/Pack and Transportation, all within our own network. We specialise in Tasmania-wide and trans-Bass Strait freight services delivering anything from small parcels and oversize freight, to full containers of bulk freight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, scrutinize, and refine contracts to guarantee the precision and thoroughness of contractual stipulations.
  • Offer requisite elucidations of contractual clauses to ensure comprehensive comprehension by all parties.
  • Negotiate terms, stipulations, and pricing, verify their accurate execution and satisfaction of all concerned.
  • Ensure that contractual documents are duly signed, archived, and documented for subsequent audits and examinations.
  • Supervise the implementation of contracts to confirm adherence to legal and corporate mandates.
  • Implement a contract management system, organize, archive, and categorize contracts appropriately.
  • Identify and address any potential risks inherent in contractual agreements to safeguard the company's legal entitlements and interests.
  • Resolve any extant contractual disputes, apprise management of the current process status.

To be considered for this position you must have:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' solid experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in contract management software and related tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
