What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions using our diverse product range
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight our offerings
  • Provide customers with accurate, timely information and reliable support
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive sales experience in the outdoor shading industry is essential, with familiarity in membrane materials—especially architectural or agricultural—considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong customer relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven record of achieving targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, or business-related fields
  • Candidates with prior experience working for or collaborating with leading shading solution providers, finished goods manufacturers, or fabric/material suppliers and distributors will be highly regarded.
