Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading Hanshow Australia's sales activities, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the region. This role requires strong business acumen, retail industry knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve business targets in Australia and New Zealand.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail sectors (supermarkets, electronics, fashion, etc.).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders in response to customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
2. Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Provide ongoing account support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse client performance, ensuring timely renewals and upselling opportunities.
3. Team & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, project, and operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to support product and marketing strategies.
- Support the establishment and development of local sales support and channel partner networks.
4. Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Represent Hanshow at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in retail technology, digital signage, or IoT solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing large enterprise clients and complex sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
