We are a leading manufacturer of essential components for trucks and trailers, including Mudflaps, Mudguards, and spray suppression systems.

Our Australian made products keep the transport industry moving safely and efficiently. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team and service our clients across Australia.


The Role

Reporting into the Business Development Manager as a core part of the Truckmate team, you will be responsible for:

  • Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of established and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Growth: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your accounts to expand the use of Truckmate's full product range.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets and budgets.
  • Product Expertise: Becoming a trusted advisor to clients on the technical features and benefits of our mudflaps, mudguards, and spray suppression components.
  • Market Feedback: Providing valuable insights to our product development and management teams to keep Truckmate ahead of industry trends.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in a B2B Account Management or Sales role, ideally within the heavy vehicle, automotive, or manufacturing sectors.
  • A strong, demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to understand technical product specifications and articulate their value proposition to a non-technical audience.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and willingness to travel as required to meet clients.
