Receptionist/Administration Office All Rounder

Based in Maddington, Lindquist Electrical Services is a medium sized business which undertakes a wide range of work including domestic, construction, light industrial and maintenance.
We're looking for a hardworking and organised individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Admin team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone and directing calls
- General email correspondence
- Assisting the Service Department with Customer and Insurance work
- Follow up with Customer Feedback and Quotes
- Assisting Accounts with processing orders and invoices
- Entering wage cards for time allocation to projects
- Other General administration duties
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Great phone manner
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Confident and pro-active approach to work, with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- High attention to detail with strong organisation skills
- Strong computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office suite
- Experience within electrical trade preferred, but not essential
- Simpro & Job Scheduling experience
