We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Office All Rounder to join our administration team. Located at our head office in Canning Vale, this role combines bookkeeping responsibilities, assisting with the day-to-day financial tasks, mobilising of teams and general administration support within a busy office environment.

Main Responsibilities/Duties

  • Responding to incoming emails and phone calls
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage bank reconciliation
  • Generate quotes, invoices and purchase orders.
  • Mobilising people to sites and complying with their induction process
  • Ensuring all relative training, medicals and VOC's are up to date
  • Order office supplies and PPE when required
  • Other appropriate duties as required/directed by the teams

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous administration/book-keeping experience (Knowledge of Xero is an advantage)
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with a friendly approach
  • The ability to work efficiently under deadlines and take initiative
