About the Role

  • Permanent full time position
  • Roster - Sunday to Thursday - 6am to 4pm or finish
  • Allocating freight to ensure both safety and maximum vehicle utilisation
  • Co-ordinate work with customers to provide quality service outcomes
  • Co-ordinate driver's workloads in accordance with Standard, BFM and AFM systems and processes
  • Supervise team including rostering staff in accordance with operational requirements

Ideally you will have

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a transport environment, ideally in a logistics operational role
  • Proven understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance and Chain of Responsibility
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
  • Previous logistics experience in a fresh produce environment will be highly regarded
  • Truck/High Risk Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • Basic understanding of warehousing operations
