We have an
opportunity for a Practice
Administrator to join our Bethanie Health Practice
team, working with a team of aligned GPs and Nurse Practitioners
who are interested in pursuing innovative practice approaches and
high-quality patient centred care.

  • Permanent,
    part-time position
  • Work 1 day per
    week (Fridays preferred)
  • Based in our
    West Perth office with opportunity to WFH once
    established.

About the
role:

You will provide
highly effective administration and clinical systems management to
support the operation of the Bethanie Health Practice GP Nurse
Practitioner (GPNP) program. Duties include:

  • Clinical
    administration support
  • Clinical
    record management including setting up and maintaining clinical
    management systems for all Residents including MMEx medical
    data base and patient registration
  • Medicare
    support including billing reconciliation and financial
    reporting
  • Reporting and
    financial management including managing medical coding, medical
    billing and confirming payments for authorisation

About
you

You're passionate
about working alongside other health professionals to improve
outcomes for your customers and pride yourself on your attention to
detail. You will bring:

  • Relevant
    computer skills including the ability to use clinical software
    systems
  • Excellent
    interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of
    organisational skills
  • Previous
    experience in a general practice or other medical office
    environment
  • Knowledge of
    medical software programs or systems is preferred
  • Experience in
    developing and delivery of regular data reporting
  • Broad
    understanding of medical terminology
