We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Practice Manager
to join our client, a well-respected law firm based in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations and lead a dedicated team in a progressive and professional environment.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success and efficiency of the firm. You'll lead and mentor the administration and reception teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting the reception and administration teams, fostering a culture of empowerment and innovation
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing staff
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Managing budgets, financial reporting, and forecasts, and identifying opportunities for growth and sustainability
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the business
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, privacy, and quality standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring strong leadership and operational management experience, along with a passion for people and improvement.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a law firm (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team
  • Strong financial acumen and operational management expertise
  • High computer literacy and confidence with technical systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine passion for people, innovation, and continuous improvement
