· Senior Administrator (Full Time), at our clinic in Warwick

· Senior Administrator (Part Time, with opportunity to step into Full Time), at our NEW clinic in Clarkson

We're seeking experienced Medical Receptionists or Allied Health Administrators who bring professionalism, warmth, and initiative to everything they do.

You'll be the welcoming face of our clinic, supporting clients and clinicians alike, and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

· Providing outstanding client service and support always with a smile

· Managing appointments, clinician schedules, and daily clinic flow

· Handling payments, invoicing, and Medicare billing

· Overseeing referral pathways and supporting client enquiries

· Leading and mentoring admin team members

· Coordinating with internal departments and clinicians to maintain smooth operations

· Upholding strict confidentiality and compliance standards

About You

You'll bring a mix of compassion, confidence, and competence, someone who can juggle competing priorities while keeping the clinic calm and welcoming.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

· years' experience in a medical or allied health setting (mental health experience highly regarded)

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills

· Familiarity with Medicare billing and practice management systems (Coreplus experience a plus)

· Experience training, supporting or leading admin teams

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· A genuine passion for helping others and contributing to a positive workplace culture
