About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and customer-focused Aftersales Consultant to join our professional and high-performing team.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a rewarding, high-earning career in the automotive industry. Whether you bring prior experience in aftersales or are new to the role but eager to learn, you'll have the support and training needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a range of aftercare products including window tint, leather and paint protection, and more.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience — both in the showroom and over the phone.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries to ensure all products and extras are prepared accurately.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and F&I teams to maximise opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and dealership initiatives.
  • Prepare warranties, documentation, and customer paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with the Pre-Delivery team to ensure correct application of products.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Proven customer service experience (essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong computer literacy.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and motivation to achieve sales goals.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays.
  • Previous experience in an automotive or aftersales role (preferred but not essential).
