Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.


• Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


• Manage vehicle inventory, including stock rotation, pricing, and promotional campaigns.


• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.


• Maintain strong relationships with customers, finance partners, and manufacturers.


• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.


• Stay updated on automotive market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


• Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to maximize dealership performance.

Requirements


• Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive sales


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities.


• Sound knowledge of vehicle financing, trade-in processes, and dealership operations.


• Valid Australian driver's licence.
