About the Opportunity
Wild One Beveragesnow has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Representative/BDM/Merchandiserto join tour team in Port Macquarie & surrounding regions.
For your hard work and dedication, you will have the ability to earn an attractive base salary, plus super, car/car allowance and an uncapped commission package
With a supportive, experienced and highly knowledgeable team around you, this is an opportunity hard to miss
Your primary duties include:
- Maintaining existing clients and creating new accounts;
- Raising orders;
- Merchandising
- Sampling/Tastings
- Working towards KPI targets.
As far as merchandising goes, you will need to implement and build promotional displays, replenishing stock in all locations including fridges, ensuring correct placement of ticket, promotional & everyday prices. Your role here is to ensure that our products are well represented & positioned prominently in stores, while building strong relationship with store contacts.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have knowledge in the FMCG space and have prior sales experience.You will also need to have demonstrated experience in both over the phone and face-to-face customer service.
You have a hunter mentalityand are flexible in your selling approach when it comes to objections. You will also need to have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal, and verbal and written communication experience. It is important that you have great time management skills and can handle the pressure.
You will need to be physically fit for this role
What we are looking for:
- A good level of physical fitness
- Retail, sales or grocery experience highly regarded
- Previous merchandising experience preferred
- Knowledge of planograms and ticketing standards
- Sound computer literacy with ability to use an iPad/tablet for reporting
- Confidence with communication and ability to influence and build relationships
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive "can do" attitude with a problem-solving mentality
You must have:
- An Australian Drivers License
- The right to work in Australia
- RSA will be required
