**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Management of the demo and marketing room, including labelling any unmarked stock.
- Guide other facility team members on quality compliance and bring any issues to the Quality Issue Huddle, adding them to Track wise if necessary.
- Monitor and analyze the conforming room sensor performance data and ensure compliance with MDT internal requirements.
- Add inspection records of the Monitoring and relevant Action Plan to MAP or SharePoint.
- Maintain and manage the sensors in the conforming room and download data as needed.
- Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
- Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
- Assist in the development of Quality documentation and support continuous improvement activities

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Willing to report to Sydney Medtronic head office everyday
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders (sales reps/sales managers, couriers)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Empathetic and positive attitude
- Manufacturing background would be an advantage
