GRIT is on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator for a 6-month contract with a Brisbane-based client. You'll play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and optimising the ServiceNow platform to support ITIL best practices and deliver business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB and configuration management.
  • Support process alignment with ServiceNow capabilities to improve business workflows.
  • Roll out new processes, functionalities, and features across the platform.
  • Provide support across ITSM functions, including:
  • Change Management
  • Configuration Management
  • Asset Management
  • Incident Management
  • Ticketing and request workflows
  • Service Request Management
  • Knowledge Base Management

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator (or similar role).
  • Strong experience in configuring and maintaining a CMDB.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification (essential).
  • Previous experience in ITSM environments highly regarded.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to advise on process improvements.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
