Hospitality Coordinator

As Hospitality Coordinator you will be based in our Brisbane office within the Business and Enterprise Services team, working under the Operations division of Great Southern Bank. This role is required to be based in the office. As the Hospitality Coordinator you will be providing visitors, management and staff with genuine welcoming, friendly, efficient, and superior front of house service, administrative, and event support. You will be responsible for ensuring our ensuring our office is kept presentable and professional.
You'll make an impact by:
- Welcoming visitors, guests, and staff
- Coordinate events with superior hospitality management skills; assisting with event set-up (including AV suport), preparation of runsheets, management of deliveries, drinks preparation and Board catering, including after-hours events if required,
- Monitor and maintain general cleanliness of the office, in particular the staff and commercial kitchens across our four floors; (twice daily kitchen walkthroughs, including unpacking and packing dishwashers (morning/afternoon), wiping down benchtops, and ensuring sinks are clean and free-draining, reporting issues in a timely manner via ServiceNow, monthly fridge/cupboard clean-outs, maintaining open lines of communication with the business via regular Workplace posts and reminder)

- Event co-ordination and/or hospitality exposure,
- Experience in a customer-centric role where you have managed multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Willingness to learn new systems and technology and problem-solve issues
- High School Diploma
