Are you a seasoned ServiceNow developer ready to take ownership of a dynamic platform and lead its evolution? We're looking for a Senior Associate – ServiceNow Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our ServiceNow environment.   About the Role As the ServiceNow Developer, you'll be responsible for administering, configuring, and continuously improving the ServiceNow platform. You'll work closely with IT Service Management and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that meet evolving business needs. While ServiceNow is your primary focus, your expertise may also be called upon to support other SaaS and PaaS platforms.   Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance.
  • Deliver end-to-end technical solutions, from design to release.
  • Configure and support core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, PPM, and more.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Collaborate using Agile/SCRUM methodologies to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
  • Apply ITIL best practices and contribute to ITSM process maturity.
  • Maintain documentation, support testing protocols, and provide training.
  • Monitor platform performance and manage upgrades.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the product roadmap.
  Culture & Compliance
  • Champion ITSM excellence and ServiceNow adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Perform duties aligned with business needs and role scope.
  Qualifications & Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in information technology or related field, ITIL (v3 minimum)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator +3 years' experience (essential)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist: +3 years' experience ITSM (essential) and SM, SM, Disco, SAM, HAM, SIR, VRM (highly desirable
  • Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow design, development, and deployment in complex environments
  • Expertise in application development, SDLC/SCRUM, Agile methodologies, and Cloud stack
  • Technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GLIDE SCRIPTING, XHTML, Workflow and UI development, ServiceNow ITSM Application.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and support to end-users and technical teams.
  • Exceptional planning, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills
