As Platform Technology Manager – SIAM, you'll lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle of our ServiceNow platform. You'll guide a talented team across Brisbane and Sydney, ensuring our service management capabilities are robust, scalable, and aligned to business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategic roadmap and governance of the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise-wide service integration.
  • Oversee platform architecture, compliance, and lifecycle management to ensure scalability and security.
  • Drive adoption of new ServiceNow features and continuous improvement across ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform strategy with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and platform-related risks and issues.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build deep ServiceNow expertise and capability.

What You'll Bring

  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator credentials and experience leading platform strategy.
  • Strong Program Management experience to oversee and lead SIAM initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver outcomes in large-scale IT environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Experience in platform governance, risk management, and vendor oversight.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving customer-focused outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
