We have a full-time, permanent, opportunity for an Office Services Assistant to join our Office Services team in Sydney.

More about the role

  • Responsibilities include mailroom duties, regular stocking and servicing of the utility areas and kitchens, printer maintenance and placing orders for supplies.

  • You will also be assisting with the set-up of client functions, printing and compiling documents and completing court and mailroom deliveries.

  • You must be able to commit to full-time hours, shifts will be rostered between 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch.

More about you

  • This is a busy and varied role; you will require excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask.

  • You must be proactive, enthusiastic, confident and have a friendly attitude, alongside a desire to help others.

  • Previous experience in a mailroom/ office services role would be advantageous but not essential.

  • Open to candidates with valid working rights in Australia, including Working Holiday visa holders for contract roles.
