We assist individuals, families, and businesses with a wide range of migration needs, including visa applications, employer sponsorship, appeals, and tribunal representation.

The Roles

We're seeking 2 new additions to our team.

  • Graduate lawyer
  • Lawyer (at least 1+ PQE in Immigration Law)

The role covers a broad range of migration matters, including all kinds of visas, sponsorships, appeals, and tribunal work. You'll take on real responsibility early, with guidance and support from colleagues to help you develop your skills and confidence.

This is an in-office role. No WFH, we like seeing each other every day, and you'll find working together face-to-face makes a big difference (plus, Sydney coffee helps).

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on migration and visa matters.
  • Drafting and lodging applications, submissions, and supporting documents.
  • Assisting with tribunal and administrative proceedings.
  • Keeping up with migration law and policy changes.
  • Managing client files with care and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

  • A law graduate (migration/admin law experience is essential) – for the graduate role.
  • An immigration lawyer with 1+ year experience in immigration law – for the junior role.
  • Has strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
  • Can clearly and confidently communicate with clients.
  • Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail, meaning you'll remember to tell us your dream superpower in your cover letter
  • Has a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Must be admitted to practice in NSW and have full time work rights.
  • Genuinely enjoys migration law — yes, those people exist, and we'd like one of them.
