We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our Group Finance team for a 12-month contract term.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a result of an internal secondment, we're seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our Group Finance team
for a 12-month contract term
. The role leads a busy team responsible for managing accounts receivable invoicing, external claiming and collections for a number of entities within the Caring Group.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead a committed and high-performing accounts receivable team to deliver efficient and effective services across aged care (home care packages) and NDIS services streams
  • Ensure financial transaction processing is timely, accurate and undertaken with integrity, fulfilling the requirements of internal and external stakeholders
  • Optimise cash flow by ensuring timely collection of receivables
  • Develop and provide regular reporting on key service delivery metrics and outcomes
  • Maintain a strong focus on stakeholder relationship management and customer service.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience within the home care, disability or aged care services or health care sectors highly desirable
  • Experience leading teams in a finance / shared services environment, authentic and approachable leadership style
  • Operating effectively in a complex, high-volume environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly capable business technology systems user and advocate
  • Problem solving - investigation, analysis and recommendations
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant governance, internal controls, compliance and audit requirements
