About the team and the work
- Join a respected, passionate and one of Queensland's largest workplace teams advising private and government clients across the full spectrum of employment, safety, industrial relations, and regulatory matters.
- Led by an Accredited Specialist in Workplace Law, you will work directly with clients on workplace incidents, regulatory investigations, and complex criminal prosecutions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Benefit from strong client relationships, including secondment opportunities, and collaborate nationally across practice groups in a flexible, supportive environment.

About you
- 2+ years' experience as an employment and/or safety lawyer in private practice or in-house, with strong academic credentials and solid knowledge of workplace laws (Fair Work Act, WHS, discrimination, bullying, harassment).
- Ideally you will have worked on employer-side matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, code of conduct breaches, safety incidents, and drafting liability and prospects advice.
- Advocacy experience or interest is highly regarded, though candidates with front-end experience only are also encouraged to apply.
