Your New Role Work closely with three highly regarded partners and collaborate with an impressive client base spanning universities, government bodies, ASX-listed companies and leading private sector organisations.
You'll take the lead on high-profile, complex workplace matters across industrial relations, employment, safety and anti-discrimination law, contributing to strategy, project delivery, regulatory compliance and litigation.

Your Skills Profiles
- 6+ years' PAE in Employment Law;
- Ability to draft clear, concise, correct and commercial advice and documents;
- Strong people skills; the ability to communicate and build a rapport with our clients;
- Approaches work with purpose, energy, and initiative;
- Builds strong relationships and communicates with influence and ease;
- Leads by example and supports the development of junior colleagues;
- Brings a commercial mindset, strong organisation skills, and attention to detail; and
- Actively invests in their own learning to stay ahead of evolving client needs.
