About the Role

With over 35 company and franchised retail locations across Australia plus a thriving online business, we are growing and are looking for superstars to join our team.

We are looking for an experiencedRetail Sales Advisor for our Southland Store in Cheltenham, Melbourne and also our Peninsula HomeCo store in Mornington, Melbourne. The Mornington and Cheltenham stores are operated locally and independently as a franchise.

You will be a natural leader and motivator with a strong background in retail, experience in achieving sales targets, be passionate about providing the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Overall performance and profitability of the location with a high level of autonomy
  • Ensure every customer has an exceptional service experience, leading by example
  • Maintain high standard of visual merchandising throughout store at all times
  • Meet sales targets appropriate to budget/season
  • Set daily and long-term goals to achieve desired financial outcome

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years retail experience
  • Strong focus on achieving sales and profit targets
  • Are passionate about exceptional customer service
  • Motivated and results driven
  • Exceptional communicator and can manage your time well
