**Retail Sales Associate**
We have an opportunity for a Retail Sales Consultant to join our high performing sales team in Westfield Southland, Cheltenham.

**We are a Vodafone branded retailer.**

**Part Time Positions.**

**Locations: Westfield Southland, Cheltenham.**

**What are we looking for?**
Personality and attitude are key. You must be genuine and willing to go above and beyond for your customer. You don't need to be a mobile phone expert but a fast learner, willing to learn, with lots of enthusiasm and a passion for technology.

**What does a typical day look like?**
It's all about connecting with our customers and providing them with a memorable customer experience in store. You'll chat. You'll ask questions. You'll listen. And then you'll explain exactly what products and services are right for them. You will be motivated by exceeding sales targets and equally be rewarded with commissions based on your performance. Our environment is fast, always changing and challenging. As a retail sales consultant, you will be part of a supportive team where our people are passionate about what they do and helping each other to get the job done. You will be coached and trained to be the best you can be and more importantly develop you to reach your full potential.

Have you got what it takes to join?
- Previous retail sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets
- Exceptional customer service
- Be Flexible to work weekends and late nights.
- Be willing to attend training and events after hours.
- Be hardworking and have a positive attitude at ALL TIMES.
- Attention to detail and adapt to change quickly.
- Must be willing to travel to different locations when required.

This is a part time position and full-time position working on a rotating roster that includes late nights and weekends. Flexibility with availability is essential. To be considered for this role, you must be an Australian or New Zealand resident, applicants on a Visa will need unrestricted working rights. Students welcome to apply.

**Experience**:

- Retail Sales: 1 year (required)
- Mobile Phone Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Work Authorisation**:

- Australia & New Zealand Permanent Residents, Student with work rights (required)

Work Location: In person

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
