Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple Executives within our Centre Support Office (CSO). Working alongside our Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
The role:
- Provide professional and confidential executive support to several senior leaders, including scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination and meeting preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of confidential correspondence, reports, presentation and internal communications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, action item tracking and minutes.
- Assist with the coordination of functions and events.
- Support wider office operations in collaboration with the Executive Assistant & Office Manager.
- Contribute to a positive and professional office culture.
Skills and experience you'll need to be successful:
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in an Executive Assistant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive approach with sound judgement and discretion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements.
