The Role
Compare the Market and iSelect are looking for an organised and proactive Executive Assistant. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting our C-suite executives, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across the organisation. You'll have the opportunity to drive efficiency and enhance executive productivity, while contributing to strategic initiatives and organisational priorities.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to C-suite executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-stakes meetings, travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for leadership and cross-functional meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations, reports, and briefing documents for internal and external audiences.
- Track and compile data to support decision-making and performance reporting.
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage expense reporting and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Support other Executive Assistants during leave periods, ensuring continuity of executive support.
- Provide front desk coverage as needed, maintaining a polished and professional presence.
- Monitor deadlines, track deliverables and proactively ensure follow-through on executive priorities.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting two C-suite executives.
- Proven expertise in accurate minute-taking and ensuring timely, effective follow-up on action items.
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
- Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination and drafting board papers.
- Experience in managing meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items in a corporate environment.
- A professional demeanour with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
