Who We Are:Mining Maintenance and Fabrication Services is a WA owned and operated business offering our clients a full range of mining solutions, equipment maintenance, repairs and local, FIFO Labour Hire.

We are seeking Mechanical Fitters for an ongoing temp-to-perm role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for variety, skill development, and a supportive, young team environment.

  • Variety in your week – workshop, local client sites, and quarry shutdowns

  • Full training provided where required – quarry experience not essential
  • Opportunity to develop your skills across multiple mechanical disciplines
  • Fixed plant maintenance
  • Working on jaws & cone crushers, conveyors, and chutes

Requirements:

  • Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive attitude
  • Construction White Card required; Working at Heights/Confined Space tickets preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
