About Us:Plumbair is a leading distributor of plumbing supplies, tools, and fixtures. We work with top manufacturers to supply wholesalers, reseller & OEM across Australia.

The Role:We're looking for a motivated Sales Manager to grow our network of trade partners. You'll manage key accounts, find new business, and build strong industry relationships. This role includes flexible hours, and travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales plans to meet targets
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing trade accounts
  • Find and onboard new wholesale partners
  • Negotiate pricing and promotions
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • Work with internal teams to support partners and product launches
  • Help develop sales initiatives and promotions
  • Report on sales performance to senior leaders

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales (plumbing, building supplies, or distribution preferred)
  • Experience selling to wholesalers or trade accounts
  • Knowledge of plumbing products and distribution channels
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and analyse sales data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
