Job Description
The Financial Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Manage and oversee a small team
  • Oversee and manage all financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational objectives.
  • Manage the finance team and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Provide accurate financial advice and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and implement financial controls.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support business growth and success.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Financial Controller Should Have

  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • Strong experience within the property industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional financial reporting and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
  • Proven knowledge of tax, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
