Designation: Commercial Account Manager
Reports to: National Sales Manager – Commercial
Brands: ASKO
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and retain relationships with existing clients, including developers, builders, architects, and retail partners.
Proactively grow the client base through strategic outreach, including cold calling on Architects, Interior Designers, Developers.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of ASKO's product portfolio and value proposition.
Prepare and manage business proposals and project quotations aligned with company objectives.
Negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and map client needs and business strengths to uncover new opportunities.
Stay informed on industry developments.
Provide regular reporting on project successes and areas for improvement.
Coordinate and manage client events and training sessions.
Support accurate forecasting to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
Nurture long-term partnerships with clients through consistent engagement and support.
Conducting regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify evolving needs.
Collaborate with commercial clients to develop tailored appliance solutions that meet project requirements
Skills & experience:
1. Proven experience in commercial sales or account management, ideally within the appliance or building industry.
2. Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
