**TEAMHEAD COMMERCIAL MARKETING**:

We have a 12 month fixed tercontract opportunity to join the PUMA team in the role of Teamhead Commercial Marketing.
The main function of this role is Marketing the PUMA and CPG brands within both Retail and Trade (Sport and Sportstyle), Ecommerce, Full Price Stores, Outlets, Pop Ups and Concession Stores, as well as to their consumers.
This role’s key accountabilities are to drive the Campaign development and execution process for all retail environments within the PUMA and CPG business:
Working cross functionally with the Brand Marketing, Retail, Sales, Merchandise and Operations teams to deliver best in class Retail Marketing activities across Oceania (Australia and New Zealand).
-Leading the Commercial Marketing team to bring the brand to life through integrated, innovative and industry leading campaigns and activations in all commercial environments.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Commercial Marketing Strategy and Planning**Lead the development and implementation of the Commercial Marketing strategy Retail (Ecommerce, Factory Outlet and Full Price) that both drive traffic and conversion.
-Plan the events calendar to drive key launches and activations in key retail environments across the year.
-Develop and plan integrated marketing plans in conjunction with the Commercial Marketing team for wholesale partners to drive brand awareness and sell through.
-Identify and lead opportunities to implement popup concepts and concession/ SIS concepts across PUMA retail and Wholesale partners.
**Commercial Marketing Strategy Execution**:
Execute and manage the Retail Marketing calendars for PUMA Retail and all Wholesale partners.
-Ensure all in store communications are kept up to date and imagery usage requirements are adhered to in line with global launch dates and usage rights.
-Oversee the management of day to day requests and campaign execution for wholesale partners, with a focus on driving sell through of key brand initiatives.
-Ensure all campaigns are delivered in full and on time, and all relevant parties are briefed well before upcoming campaigns launch.
**Stakeholder Management**:
Lead the cross functional teams to plan marketing activities for the year for wholesale partners and PUMA retail channels and manage the working calendars to ensure launches and campaigns are aligned across the business.
-Identify and manage third party agencies and partners to deliver the best results for the business and our wholesale partners, and manage price negotiations and contracts where relevant to deliver the best results for the business.
-Lead communications with the Global Commercial Marketing team, with a focus on sharing relevant work, seeking approvals and support where required.
-Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure alignment across campaigns, social media messaging and content to drive ecommerce sales and retail sales and where relevant and to drive efficiencies with relevant campaigns in the New Zealand market.
-Lead the relationships with relevant Centre Management marketing teams to Assist with optimisation of retail Marketing contributions within these centres.
-Manage all communication between the brand team and the retail team to ensure efficiencies and clarity.
-Work with Brand Marketing, Sales and Merchandise team to plan and execute GTM sell in presentations and lead marketing discussions at these touch points.
-Lead presentations for key accounts and the retail team
-Support with sell in tools and imagery as required.
**Other**Manage imagery and social media toolkit requests, and basic catalogue and imagery approvals within brand guidelines.
-Manage campaign and wholesale partner budgets for all wholesale partners and with PUMA Retail.
-Budget tracking and invoice processing.
-Support the team with preparation and communication of Digital Asset packs.
**YOUR TALENT**:
A Bachelor Degree or Higher
-5-8 years Trade/Retail Marketing experience for a Multi-Category Brand Sport/ Fashion/ Lifestyle
-Project management, budget management and relationship management experience
-Marketing calendar development, execution and management
-Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
-Proven ability to work independently and multi task
-Detail orientated, resourceful, proactive and organised
-Trouble shooting skills
-MS Office - expert
-PhotoShop - intermediate
