Commercial Finance Manager
to lead our financial strategy, strengthen governance, and enable smart decision-making across our growing business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to influence the future direction of a growing brand.

About the role

As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to deliver financial forecasting, cashflow management, and commercial insights. You'll support strategic initiatives, and ensure strong governance and compliance as KOJA scales.

This is more than a reporting role, it's a chance to shape our financial future and embed sound decision-making across our business.

Work you'll do

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across multiple business units
  • Partner with sales, operations, and marketing to track performance and drive commercial outcomes
  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis (including P&L, balance sheet, and variance commentary)
  • Manage company-wide cashflow forecasting
  • Lead governance, compliance, audit, and risk management frameworks
  • Oversee procurement finance and support margin improvement initiatives
  • Safeguard KOJA's IP portfolio and manage commercial contracts

Skills & experience

We're looking for someone who combines technical excellence with strong business acumen and communication skills.

You'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/CPA preferred)
  • 8+ years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or management accounting in FMCG or a fast-paced, growth business
  • Demonstrated ability to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial governance
  • Xero experience (or similar systems)
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to influence stakeholders
