Job description

Sound exciting? Join us as a Migration Lawyer You will be working closely with our Principal Lawyer and team to provide migration advice and assistance to clients. Duties will include:

  • Reviewing and submitting a range of visas
  • Conducting initial consultations to determine possible visa pathways
  • Working with sponsors and visa applicants to prepare and lodge applications
  • Preparing and drafting skills assessments
  • Preparing and drafting submissions to the Department of Home Affairs
  • Providing legal advice to clients
  • Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent qualification) required
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • Registered Practicing Certificate with an Australian Law Society or OMARA registration is required
