**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Compliance and Contracts Graduate to join our Legal & Compliance team. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Lawyer, this role will be responsible for assisting in maintaining data quality and integrity of the team’s knowledge and management systems.
A Compliance and Contract Graduate will assist with technology systems set up, reporting and contracts management in addition to providing administrative support and research when required.
This role is ideal for a business or commerce graduate who is interested in gaining exposure to governance, compliance and corporate law.
**What you'll do as a Compliance & Contracts Graduate**:
- Assist to set up and administer legal technology systems
- Assist with migration of files to the contract management system
- Support with knowledge management & stakeholder communications
- Manage routine repeat inquiries and information requests
- Support with compliance and contracts related tasks, activities, and advice
- Assist with team support tasks such as scheduling and general administration.
**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- A recently completed degree in Business or Commerce
- High performing demonstrated by a Credit average grade
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Are curious, tenacious, creative, but are also a great team player
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems to generate ideas and solutions
- Strong written and verbal communications; with good presentation skills
- Willing to learn and comfortable with asking for guidance
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
