  • Salary: Senior Associate $150K + super + bonus

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years PQE with significant experience in migration law, including complex matters and tribunal representation
  • Strong drafting ability with proven expertise in preparing submissions and legal documentation
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Commercial acumen and confidence in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Drive to lead, deliver, and contribute to firm-wide growth and strategic outcomes
  • Commitment to upholding the highest professional standards in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of migration matters, including some complex and high-stakes cases
  • Draft, review, and finalise legal submissions, contracts, and related documentation
  • Supervise, mentor, and inspire 2 junior team members, ensuring consistent delivery of results
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and drive business outcomes
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
  • Contribute to building a high-performing, supportive culture that drives excellence across the team
